It's possible you don't have the RETAIL VERSION of XP or some OS damage has occured.I'll have to reread the thread to see what else comes up but at the moment Pennsylvania Posts: 52,667 OS: Win7 How did this problem start? Scan with Housecall or other free on-line scan to know for sure.
