I have a windows 7 computer that has one user profile on it. Most likely an Administrator acct. I'm logged in as the administrator trying to add my regular user account…any ideas?

- We solved it by adjusting our GPO with the additional setting of "authenticated Users" in the default user profile.

You can't access it when you're logged in as that user in either Notepad or whatever. So guessing the dual connection (wifi & ethernet) was somehow conflicting the credentials to the domain.
