Unable To Load Dataclass Information From Sync Services Vista

I looked at some old logs and noticed that "AppleMobileDeviceHelper.exe" and "SyncServer.exe" did not start. Please help me out. I did the cmd prompt search and found libxml12.dll not in apple renamed it to libxml12_12.dll and it allowed i tunes to work again ! It worked through the itunes up until May and then I was unable to get it to connect to sync with itunes. THe error no longer appears, but my phone still won't sync with Outlook calendar and contacts.
