The subversion client that subclipse uses relies on a javahl bridge which you can normally get as a community release from collab.net. Insalled Eclipse and subversion then subclipse and ran into that issue. Once I got my original (mandriva bug in the libsvnjavahl-1 library install) fixed, also the subclipse 1.6.0 started working ok.
