So I find the message "Unable to load default SVN Client". Now I can allocate plenty of space to Eclipse and things fly for me. The binaries that Collabnet installs have version numbers of "1.0" in their filenames, so you really can't tell what version they are. So this refers to native methods that no longer exist etc. JavaHL is part of Subversion and all of these clients use the exact same code. For JavaHL, you must supply a native Subversion 1.5.0 version of the library.

A quick Google search turned up this this thread where I found the issue was simply that Subclipse was now wanting SVN 1.5, not SVN 1.4 (the default in OSX).
