Or it could be a permissions issue: When trying to print reports from Reporting Services, the RSClientPrinty control needs to be downloaded and installed to the client machines. The problem is with our UAT environment. It is now prompting to install ActiveX. that makes all of that above not work on a 64-Bit OS system.
