I've seen Sophos, McAfee, and Symantec A/V products all cause this problem by scanning files in this folder. I could browse to the network share, but when I looked at the details I found the file that was not synchronized.
Probably the problem is in the disk space thant using for temporary offline files? Manually synchronise - the problem should be resolved.
