The folder was automatically created by the policy the first time she logged in, and the files were moved automatically to that folder with no problems. I did clean them up using Avast and Malaware and removed one of them from the computer case and placed them in in hard drive enclosure. She can copy files to the public share on the same drive with no problems. I have about 780Gb of data on the hard drive that has taken me years to collect. This is particularly useful for laptop users who likely don't always work when connected to the network.
Has this got anything to do with using Find and Mount? I did find a file called AUTOLOGIN.DB.
