It seemed to work on one of the problem pc's however it didn't on the other. I tried renaming the registry key and it recreated it but no worksheet at all. I need to learn more! I want to become a living god!

I would delete the last one, if there was more than onebut YMMV. This has become quite a pain. And one more thing if i open the excel in 2007 and save it also the same result. I have read some forums online that suggest it may be a firewall issue.
