Unable To Open Cmd In Xp


Note : your system restore facility is not activated earlier in your computer, this may not work. I have never previously had this problem when attempting to open cmd.exe. I did try to get to system restore through safe mode but it does the same thing in safe mode. I also searched for the cmd.exe using the search tool, when I double-click on this it does the same thing. check over here

Phantom010, the fix didn't work, downloaded, extracted, ran the file, does the same thing. I apply your suggestion, it works.
